1. What
is self-storage and how does it work?
Self Storage is a service offering flexible do it yourself storage for
Business and Household & Personal storage. We provide clean and individually
alarmed units, to which access is 7 days a week between the hours of
6AM and 10PM. Your storage unit is locked with your own personal key
ensuring that you are the only person to have access to your goods.

Do I need my own lock?
We provide you, free of charge, with a state-of-the-art cylinder lock
as part of the move-in package. This lock ensures you are the only one
who has a key to your unit, thus ensuring you have total privacy.

3. How
much does it cost to store things in unit?
It depends on the amount of items you have to store. We have a showroom
displaying the different units in our office so you can better visualize the exact size you need.

What is included in the price? Are there any hidden extras?
The price you are quoted by our staff is your monthly charge for
rental of that unit. You will need a lock to secure your unit,
but we provide a cylinder lock (sealed) free of charge with your
rental. You can also purchase insurance,
if you are not covered by other policies, at a reasonable rate
at the time of rental. There is no administrative fee or other
front end fees of any kind at the time of rental. We also have
a courtesy truck for
your convenience.

5. When
do I pay?
We
invoice customers on a monthly anniversary date basis in advance.
You pay on the same day each month as your rental date.

6. How
can I pay for my storage?
Cash,
Check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
You can also pay online.

7. How
often can I have access to my unit? Does it cost for access?
We
offer 7 day access to your goods between the hours of 6am and
10pm. If you need to access your units outside of these times
you can speak with the manager and make arrangements. Access is
free at America's Self-Storage no matter how many times you access
your unit.
